“B1001 was outstanding! The view is amazing with the ocean and mountains. Sunset is stunning and worth taking pictures. I’ve stayed at 8 different villas and enjoy this beach village. I’m from Oahu now living in the Midwest and it’s perfect for family to come and visit. The lagoons are clear and safe for children. Well equipped and very clean. Would highly recommend B1001. “This was our first time staying in Ko Olina and we are so happy that we chose to stay at the beach villas vs the Marriott or Aulani next door. This property was so quiet and peaceful compared to the other resorts! The unit was spacious and well appointed and was such a good fit for a family with two teens…would definitely stay here again!”

“My family had an amazing vacation and loved staying in this condo. The owners were always responsive to my requests before arriving. Once our stay started, we didn’t need help, but our contact person was always seen walking around the property. Location is perfect. The lagoon is beautiful and much more quiet than the others. It is an easy walk to Monkeypod and ABC store. My teens loved this condo and hope to return!”

“Absolutely incredible place. Located in the ocean villas at turtle bay - this ocean front suite is incredible. Unit is towards the end of the complex so for those looking for privacy - this may be the best suite in all of turtle bay. Easy check in with codes provided by owner - super simple and easy. Suite comes with storage locker of boogie board, snorkles, beach chairs and umbrellas which was a huge plus. Turtle bay in general is a fantastic hotel - but in my opinion this is a better option……

“The location of this unit is great! Loved the proximity to the lagoons and short walk/drive to nearby restaurants and shops. Town of Kapolei 10 min away by car so very convenient for groceries and other amenities. The unit was well stocked with beach toys/cart/floaties and spices/seasonings in the kitchen. Spacious kitchen/living area and nice layout with 2 large ensuites. Comfortable beds and good size bathrooms My only suggestions would be that the cleaning could be a little more attentive as……

“We couldn't ask for better accommodations. We had a fantastic Lanai overlooking the ocean. The three bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room provided ample space for cooking eating and just hanging out. Having the laundry and 2 zone AC was a plus. Our host Renu always promptly replied when we had any questions or concerns and always made us feel right at home. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer. Thank you Renu. We will always have fond memories of our stay……

“Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. The unit had everything we needed for our 9 days there. It's an ideal place for young children as the beach is less than 5 minutes away and there are a couple of swimming pools to choose from. We felt safe at the lagoons with our young grandkids, and they loved it on the beach. We like to cook our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place and would stay there again. My only ding would be that we were……

“We had an excellent stay at Ko Olina and would be happy to book this unit again if we ever return. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 kids. The layout was comfortable and noise from neighbors was minimal. We swam a lot in the pool and the lagoon. The unit was well equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, etc and there was a wagon to make it easy to bring everything down to the beach. We had everything we needed for cooking and the views from the lanai were stunning! We stayed……

“This villa is located very conveniently to Turtle Bay resort, making it easy to eat in the restaurants and take part in activities if you like. We went on a tour and saw albatrosses doing their mating dance - so cool! The beach is also protected, so that even when there is big surf, you can stil, swim and snorkel. The view is also gorgeous! It is a good place for two people to spend a few days.”

“Comfortable studio apartment above the main residence is located in a typical, residential neighborhood about a fifteen minute walk to the beach. There are no amenities within walking distance. The adorable little town of Haleiwa is a fifteen minute drive and is full of tourist amenities. The four large dogs on the property do bark during the nights and early morning hours but not continuously. The “orchard” is a dozen trees that do bear some fruit despite being neglected. There’s a busy main……
