“The hotel/facility was as described, nothing special but fine, check-in was easy and simple, however I made a mistake when booking (e.g., selecting 1 adult per room rather than 2) which resulted in additional charges during check out.
However, the additional charges removed the booking fees from Hotels.com which resulted in a higher open amount. I reached out to Alpine Lodge which they promptly responded but then stopped communicating and did not fix the error after 3 weeks. This resulted in……

“Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Es war fantastisch, einen Code zu bekommen. Mir hat sehr gefallen, dass das Hotel einen Fahrrad-/Skiraum hatte. Es gibt Geschäfte überall in der Gegend. Unser Zimmer hatte einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Sehr zentral zu Bludenz und zum Bahnhof.”

“An incredibly satisfying experience staying at this beautiful place. The personel was very friendly and helpful. The check in and out process was smooth and we even got great recommendations for dinner nearby.
The room was cosy and clean with everything we needed. The spa is incredible, including swimming pool, an “erlebnis” shower, sauna, and steam bath.
We would definitely come back some time.”

“Die Lage der Chalets ist super. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir eine Filterkaffeemaschine vermisst. Die Pads sind für Liebhaber nichts. Der kleine Backofen/ Mikrowelle ist leider nur ein Behelf. Ansonsten war alles super,auch das Essen im Restaurant Absolut empfehlenswert.. ”
