“We fell in love with this property and wish we could have extended our stay for at least a few more days, but we had other plans to move on to. The beautiful home is set upon a hill with amazing views of the countryside. We were able to really disconnect, and traveled to some local places to sightsee within nature, and into town for some dinner (plenty of options in the neighboring villages). “Accurately advertised. You can literally see a mile castle on Hadrian’s Wall from your room. Beautiful country views. A problem with our heat was addressed immediately. Excellent dinner choices and service in the cozy pub. ”

“Spacious property, unfortunately on a busy road and with the hot weather opening windows was essential unfortunately in the room I was sleeping in the door wouldn’t shut so opening the window caused door to bang all night on top of noise of traffic & people it was not a relaxing stay we ended up leaving a day earlier as 2 bedrooms faced the main road !”
