“We’ve stayed here each time we’ve come into the area since it’s been built. Clean, up to date, still smells new! Staff is always friendly! Rooms are a good size!”

“This place is not a safe place for travelers. The front desk provided a room key to us for a room that was occupied. Kids all over the place including behind the front counter. pool was not opened, which was a blessing as it probably was not sanitary. we walked out without staying even one night and was denied our money back. This place needs to be shut down by the health dept. Disgusting”

“While this was a cute old hotel with new life be breathed into it...there were a few things that were disappointing. The lobby and breakfast room is on the second floor! I did not see an elevator although there may have been one I missed. But is was a strange set up to say the least. They did have a cool Vinyl room and a pool table that you can play for free but they charge for everything else. For example the lock box for your valuables in the room! Really! Then there is NO live TV! They……

“A nice area, although the traffic is a crush. Free parking, walked to Applebees Restaurant across the parking lot. Breakfast was middle of the road, waffles and eggs primarily (not bad, not great). Staff were nice.”

“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……

“I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!”
