“We LOVED the stay! Randy was so kind and VERY easy to communicate with. He made our stay so nice. It is next door to the pools for the kids which was so nice. The trolley pick up is very close if you want to go to beach club. The house itself was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. It was myself, my husband and our two kids (10 &7) and it was great space for all of it. Highly recommend. - Jennifer Bohrer ”

“The carriage house was perfect for me and my husband to explore Watercolor for the first time! Location was excellent and use of the golf cart made it so easy, we just parked the car and walked or golf cart everywhere. Bed was comfortable, room was very well appointed with everything we needed. Lots of towels! We relaxed each evening with a glass of wine and watching the big screen tv!”

“Property was fabulous and the host was fantastic! Trolley will take you anywhere around Watercolor. Beach was great. We didn’t take advantage of all the pools we could use, as this was a short stay. Next time for sure! We will definitely stay here again!”

“The house was perfect for our family group. Our young ones loved the house pool and the various pools and activities at Watercolor. It was the first time they (ages 3, 2 and 8 weeks old) enjoyed the beach, bike rides, golf cart rides. So much to do and not enough time. ”

“We stayed at this home for four nights over Labor Day weekend. Home is fantastic for large groups. We had 13 persons(including three children ages 5-10). There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Well appointed and great location close to bridge. 5 minute bicycle ride to beach area. Close to grocery store and all amenities. Would highly recommend for large groups.”
