“Just the spot we needed, close to everything we wanted. Lovely space for hosting a very overdue small family visit in a town where none of my family's homes are workable gathering spots. Very close to Micro Center, which may not be a selling point for everyone but was a definite plus. Backyard would be great in warmer weather. Master bedroom gets nice morning light, bummer we couldn't use the fireplace in the den obviously set up for it but oh well. I appreciated them leaving us tea and coffee,……

“The suite was updated and very clean. Large rooms and private baths for both bedrooms. Location was easy to downtown Kansas City. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The only downside is you can easily hear talking and TV from the neighboring suites, but the host has set quiet hours, so as long as everyone observes those, it isn't an issue.”

“The stay was great! The host was great with communication and was very understanding. We had a small misunderstanding with the neighbor, but the host was very kind about it! The place had lots of room and enough for 8 people which we had. Some of the beds were firm and slightly uncomfortable, but not horrible at all. Would totally stay here again! ”

“House was as expected; spacious and had everything we needed! It was very Clean with comfortable Beds and Furniture. The Pool Table in the finished basement was an added plus! Great location and neighborhood felt safe. Excellent communication from Host, prompt and always very pleasant. Will stay at this property again!”
