"We had a little bit of a problem on our last night of staying with hearing the cables of the elevator. I suggest getting a room far away from the elevators as possible. Be prepared to pay as much as the hotel when you stay. You're paying a very high price for everything. All in all, the food was great. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable about everything. Can get a cheaper hotel with better rooms. The room service was great though. "

"It was very quiet, except when there was a fire alarm false alarm in the middle of the night, also the towels and pillows were not great, but the pool and room were great and the proximity to Epic Universe was very convenient."
