hotel staff did not perform duties satisfactorily. My friend and I requested them to book a taxi from hotel to airport trip. However, the booking was not made. We found out when we double checked in the evening. In addition, the requested morning call did not happen. the staff who cleaned our room let hairs laid on the toilet ground....

very good location, walking to some of the best restaurant, staff is nice, got free parking right outside as it was weekend. Also got it on the last minute deal, price is very good also. Staff is friendly,
