"Me and my girlfriend stayed here for one night and had a great time. Clean, modern, and met all of our needs. Our stay was rather short notice but Jordan was quick with his responses and easy to work with. We parked at the bungalow and walked to downtown Carrollton where we had dinner at Shuckers and drinks at Local Ties. We ended our evening relaxing by the firepit out back. Super convenient and cozy little spot. Would definitely stay here again."

Unexpectedly, the rental was for renting "only" 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom house and with the owner still in the house. We weren't sure if this was going to work out, because we are use to having the house rental to ourselves. "Disappointed when given check in information to find out the hot tub that was listed was broken. We made our selection based on the size of the house and the available hot tub. There were no check out instructions given. I never got a response from host as to how to leave the house at the end of our stay."

"The Nautical Retreat in Carrollton, GA is the perfect home away from home. Located in an established neighborhood, on the lake, this rental meets all the needs any traveler might have. In close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping outlets, the Nautical Retreat serves as a tranquil base. This particular trip was for work. The Nautical Retreat was a terrific refuge after a long day at work. Highly recommend!"
