"The hotel was excellent - large, clean room with plenty of storage in a perfect location. We did not have a car and were able to walk everywhere. We planned our stay long before we knew about the Ghent Festival but enjoyed easy access to all of the music stages and festival fun. The annual noose bearers procession passed directly in front of the hotel. An easy walk to Gravensteen castle, St. Bavo’s cathedral, the belfry and canal cruises. Love our stay and the city! "

"Great check-in experience, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, great restaurant and rooftop. The only issue we had was being charged extra 47 euros when we were told they were not busy and could checkout at 2pm at no charge. Highly recommend otherwise. "

"A beautiful hotel in the heart of Ghent. We visited for the weekend and we were not disappointed. Ghent festival was on during our visit, which was an added bonus…. We will definitely be back. Beautiful city, fantastic hotel; clean, with large refurbed rooms. convenient location with wonderful staff. "
