“I called the hotel to let them know that due to a change in my flight we would be checking in around 1 a.m. and I wanted to make sure they wouldn’t cancel my reservation Since it would be so late I also asked to have a late checkout. The agent told me I would have to request that when I arrived. We checked in and I asked the front desk again and was told I needed to call or appear in person to see if that could be arranged. I was a bit put out how many times I had to ask for a little extra……
