“I have stayed at a few hotels in the area before so I am familiar with the area very well. I never stayed at this particular hotel before. I understand the nature of Extended Stay hotels and the long term rental aspect. What I was not prepared for was being placed in a room where a animal had been in that soiled the carpet so bad it had obviously soaked the pad. The smell of urine couldn't be covered. They only had 2 rooms available on the first floor at check-in. I was traveling with my elderly……

“The manager was rude my toilet wasn’t working and woke up that morning and could not take an shower because the water wasn’t working just an all around bad experience ”

“Mold in the ceiling of shower, smelled like an old smoking room. No remote for the TV. No blankets on the bed, just a sheet. Plus in the early morning I was leaving the ceiling in bathroom started leaking, flooded the bathroom! Then began leaking by the entrance door. Worst hotel I have ever been to, definitely not worth the price! Never got money back for any inconvenience of the water leak!”

“As soon as I stepped on the 3rd floor there is a pungent smell. The pictures did not look like the room I was provided with. The furniture was extremely run down with the room chair leather literally peeling off. The sheets had stains and just did not seem presentable. I pulled in to see people smoking on the side of the building just overall not the best experienced I checked out within an hour of checking in.”
