“An absolutely incredible place to stay, with gorgeous river views and even a lake. We stayed in a barrel which was so comfortable, I really did not want to get out of bed!
The owner and others on the farm are kind, warming and helpful, and are clearly working hard to build an amazing space.
I just wish I could have stayed longer!”

“Chris and team were fantastic to work with. He addressed all of my inquires and made the check in and out process so easy. The apartment is large and spacious. The location is near the cathedral which made walking anywhere easy! The unit had a good size frige and stove and dishwasher!!! All amenities were in the unit too! I would visit again! Thank you! ”

“This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception.
There was a nice touch with tea making facilities and scones provided for the 4 days that I was there.

"Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay "
