“The towels smelled moldy”

“Likes: Ramen Bar, Laundry, location. Dislikes: Room was dusty, towels were worn.”

“Viaje familiar. Excelente!

Attached coffee shop opened at 9:30am. We had to go to the McDonalds across the street at the train station for breakfast at 7:00am. Receptionist staff were not friendly, and did not speak or understand English - for a business hotel near the train station, I would think that there would be better receptionists....

“Bad front desk service”

“There was dried blood on the bed that looked like it wasn’t clean.”
