“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

“Clean and comfortable space in a great location. There is no onsite parking and overnight street parking is limited, but we found the garage nearby to be easy and reasonably priced. Note to people traveling with young children: the stairs are pretty steep.”

“This property was chosen primarily due to its location ( near Temple University), as my grandson was taking part in the NATS competition. It was an oasis for our family. We used an Uber as our primary mode of transportation. The summer weather was extreme, and the public transprtation system, well, disappointing. Neither of those things had anything to do with the property. The owners were quick to help when we needed them (via text/phone). There was no recycling bin....but I am sure they will...

“This was my first time staying in Philadelphia, so I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. Everything was perfect, the host took care of everything and was really nice. She also made sure we had parking in front of the property. The photos do not show just how nice this place actually is, and It is so cozy and homey. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“To be honest, the house exceeded my expectations. The best part about the house is the kitchen cause I definitely love to cook. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The added bonus was the roof where I actually slept because the air was very comfortable. Given the nature of having to plan to unexpected funerals it gave my spouse and I the opportunity to shut the world out and still take time for us. I even took it a step further and bought a projector and a tent...

“WORST EXPERIENCED EVER IN MY LIFE!! The owner did not answer any of my messages. He never showed up. When Expedia Customer Service finally reached him, he denied having a reservation, he refused to give me my money back and I had to look for another accommodation 30 ”

“Had not been together in a year. Perfect place to do it. Short Uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go - Train station, Penn’s Landing, Museum area, Magic Garden, Reading Terminal and more.The town house looked even better in person than the pictures. Very clean, great small but very functional kitchen with upscale appliances. AC worked well. Watched 1 movie - tv easy to use. Bedrooms very comfortable. Highly recommend. There were 3 of us so we each had a bedroom but more could be comfortably...

“Our group of 12 all stayed comfortably. Everyone loved the pproperty. Nothing was missing. Location was great, close to lots of great restaurants. Parking is a nightmare but that’s city life and nothing to do with the property itself. That being said, the neighbors were friendly with one even helping us find a parking spot right nearby. The owners also recommended a parking lot about a mile away. Communication was great, and we had no issues whatsoever. This will be the first place we look up...
