"The rooms next to main street could be noisy if traffic is heavy. At the moment, not many traffic in the evening. The restaurant served good and nice chinese breakfast. "

Upgrades were offered at a charge of double the room rate, concierge was unwilling to assist at most times, especially after we declined the hotel tour packages.
