“The bed was so cozy and comfortable! Snacks and coffee were available in the lobby 24/7. Walkable to the downtown area. We loved The Sailmaker and will stay here if we visit Portsmouth again!”

“Perfect space to choose for exploring Portsmouth. Facility was super cute and very clean. It was a little noisy in the morning, from outside the building as well as inside from the hall. Nothing extreme, so we weren't too bothered.”

“Loved the well appointed space. Had a desk chair and folding table in the closet that we used as a desk. The variety of outdoor spaces is fantastic and are appropriate for a variety of weather. Nice grill as well. Shower is a little small but otherwise fine. Has Starlink Internet which is huge for speed and streaming. Had some issues with voice dropping on MS Teams but the cell coverage in the area (Verizon) is good enough to get a stable voice connection.”
