“We loved our stay in the Sandpiper cottage. The location was perfect and very walkable to shops and restaurants. The cottage had a really nice little kitchen with everything we needed. “A wonderful property - quiet and serene with a large fenced backyard. House is well maintained and near kittery and portsmouth. Only problem is the front door lock. It needs immediate replacing. My wife was inside and noticed that the locking mechanism would not turn even though the proper code was entered. The hidey key worked but was still difficult to use.”

“I loved our room in the atrium building!!! The rooms were very clean and updated nicely! We had no issues with the room or that building or service or anything. It was amazing being so close to the beach!!! Only thing I didn’t care for was lack of breakfast options at the hotel. There was a few things you could buy, but all overpriced and didn’t look appealing. The pools were nice though!!! And we enjoyed our stay very very much!! ”
