Beautiful, comfortable, luxurious chalet "Rütschi", 5 storeys, built in 2008\. 7 apartments in the property. In the district of Steinmatte, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position, south facing position. In the house: WiFi, sauna, steam room, spa area, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 550 m, restaurant, bakery 100 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Kirchbrücke" 100 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 900 m. Mountain railway 700 m, ski rental 100 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school, children's ski school 500 m. Please note: baby equipment on request. Additional accommodations can be booked.  
8-room apartment 255 m2 on 2 levels on 3rd floor. Luxurious and cosy furnishings: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed and TV. Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). 2 baths/WC, hydro massage bath. On the lower ground floor: 3 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 2 baths/WC, hydro massage bath. Balcony 14 m2, south facing position balcony 12 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. View of the Matterhorn. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Combination (connecting door) of 2 duplex apartments.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Alles sauber, gute Lage und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einzug die Küchenutensilien waren defekt, nicht vorhanden. Einfach sehr schlecht eingerichtet (Z.Bsp. kein Sparschäler, kein Mixer, wenig Schüsseln, 1 einziges kleines Rüstmesser Kaffemaschine defekt, Dosenöffner defekt......) Sollte bei dieser Preislage nicht sein.
