“A clean and comfortable apartment a short walk from the Playa de Gros and about a mile walk to the Old Town. It is great to stay in a non-tourist neighborhood with small cafes and groceries nearby. The only thing to be aware of is the front staff is only on site in the morning and late afternoon.”

“We were a group of 8 friends traveling through the Basque country. Communication and checkin went smoothly. The accommodation is modest but spacious, perfectly suited for our group. The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!”

“Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Voldoende zitruimte binnen en buiten. Mooie tuin. Zeer schoon en goede communicatie met eigenaar. Er loopt een drukke weg tussen strand en huis. Parkeren moet op enige afstand van het huis. Maar in en uit laden kan toch direct voor de ingang. Wel rekening houden met flink trappen lopen tussen weg en ingang. Zeer luxe en aangenaam huis. Goed verwarmd en prima faciliteiten.”

“This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b”

The classic elegance of this property made me feel amazing throughout our stay! The staff are wonderful and so helpful! We made new friends and can’t wait for a future stay! The connection to the La Perla Spa and their services and restaurant was a major bonus! Never change Londres!”
