The hotel is clean with good location, but the service is terrible.Even I hang the sign"do not disturb" on the door, the girls still enter and clean the room, finally I missed $10000Peso from my wallet(on the desk) when I back!!!!!!
The most upset thing is that there is no any response from the hotel after clearing the details with the lady in front desk who told me will report to manager and check the security. finally give nothing to me even without any "sorry"

Loved my stay here. Giuliana was great on check-in and on several issues. Sharon and Jennifer super helpful. Loved the room. The only thing is be sure and check inventory as my 2nd room had missing items than I had to wait over 4 hours.
Great cleanliness, breakfast, wifi mostly (my 2nd room did not have good video), very comfy.
