If there was a way to give negative stars i'll give, as this is the worst company i have dealt with, our holidays to Marrakech was booked with them, went to hotel first of all hotel was nothing like in photos, a/c was making loud sound hotel didn't do anything to fix it, there was no gym while photos were shown of a gym, room phone never worked we complaint but no fix, we chatted with expedia agents during visit they didn't bother to help, said when you finish trip contact us, and when we contact after visit, nothing was done. avoid this company at all cost. Swimming pool was filthy, also no water or food was allowed in the rooms, while they sell water bottle for 10gbp each total rip off. We have smaller children so does other guests this was a very stressful experience. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I was in contact with Expedia during the visit and after as told by their customer service but nothing was done, extremely unhelpful.

Staff were superb and attentive. Gym needs some major updating, machines were not working or falling apart. Air Cond subpar but seems like a common issue for smaller hotels. Room was small and beds were extremely uncomfortable.

The hotel/ryad was ok. However, note that it is right in the VERY busy Jamaa el fnaa market square! I didn't hear the noise while in my room but I was a little shock when our taxi driver said we had reached. Between about 10:30am or so, until well after midnight, you have to walk from the busy street to the hotel through the square because the taxi cannot drive there during that time. Takes about 5 minutes. The staff was awesome, the room ok, breakfast which is included was ok. I personally did not like being in the square, but on the positive side, you are near just about all the attractions. We walked to everything.

They close the water slides from 12:30pm till 3pm which kills the day. The weather is very hot and kids would benefit from water slides during that important time frame. Merci
