This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.

The hotel is starting to look a little tired with rust coming through paint on hotel room doors. Dirty corridor carpets. The room was clean and tidy while we stayed there for two nights. The bar staff were extremely slow because the lady serving didn't know her way around a bar. The vending machine was out of order. The main problem was ev charging. On the website is stated there were charging points on the hotel car park. We even rang the reception desk directly before our stay and they confirmed there was charging for electric vehicles. However when we arrived on our first night nothing could be found. The bays are there and a box on the floor but nothing else. THERE IS NO CHARGING POINTS AT THIS HOTEL. I doubt we will be using this hotel again which is a shame as it's very good when we're visiting family in the area.
