Super nice

I took pictures of the stained and largely pilled mattress pad. Although it is suggested by Regent Cruise Line to visit this “superior” hotel, I will show them pictures I took. It did offer a view but one must be 7 feet tall to enjoy it. The staff was ok, had to beg for more water than was allotted annd provided. The breakfast buffet was very good, a very nice selection, but 80% of a travelers time in a hotel is on the bed. I did not pull off the bedsheets until our last day to discover it then. Consequently I did not report this to management. The facade of the hotel and its architectural structure was unique. The hotel has an interesting history that I made certain to note in my travel journal. Truly, I am sorry to post this review but other travelers need to be aware We didn’t use laundry service or other services available since our visit to Amsterdam was only four days

Used to be a great location in the middle of everything. Unfortunately the streets around are super dirty and smoking weed everywhere on the streets. If you want to fail your next drug test go to Amsterdam. No clue why the city charges 21 dollar city tax for such a mess! The room is small (old building) but has everything you need. The gym is very limited for a hotel this class. Great bars in the Hotel and exceptional staff. The Hotel focuses on the LBGTQ+ community. Not sure as a „normal“ person you are very welcome there. Would not go again but mainly bc of the city not the hotel.

Fantastic location, great customer service, perfect choice when In Amsterdam

Great hotel and location. Everyone was so helpful.
