Great place to stay at

The staff was excellent, it’s a family environment hotel. My only complaint is the pool, it needs more maintenance

Just sort the lifts out. It’s a problem and has clearly been a problem for some time. Either something more sinister is going off or management are so inept and ignoring things like these annoying ratings requests that nobody ever listens to the feedback of anyway.

It was a great location minutes from the beach. They were sooo accommodating and helpful especial Sara she made the experience fabulous

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

Cool trendy - great design

They have 3 pools. One was closed and other two have an occupancy limit so were not able to use any. Room did not come with complimentary water like it said. Nice coffee bar but also no complimentary coffee. One of the front desk workers was rude after us being there for an hour since expedia did not book our room. Water in bathroom kept clogging. I booked a premium suite with balcony and ended up with a deluxe and no balcony. They said they couldn’t do anything about it and expedia never answered my messages.

We would not recommend the Linq as it was full of college kids and tourist groups and the service was very poor. The property was dirty and smelled like a sewer.

We stayed for a weekend to attend a Tears for Fears concert. The concert was great, the property was beautiful, opulent and truly elegant. Incredible attention to detail, the food was tasty and we had a lot of options to choose from. We also visited a few of the bars and lounges on property, enjoyed some expertly made cocktails. Can't wait to come back to the Fountainebleau!
