Clean hotel but can improve on the breakfast options.

I would like to recognize the staff at the Aurora Hotel, specifically Ms. Mia, Mr. Tee, and Mr. Andy, who were exceptional. The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable. Ms Mia was so pleasant and a joy to talk with, Mr Tee gave me some great ideas in my travel plans as an adventurer, and Mr Andy was really interested in how my day went. The rooms were to my liking, and I asked to be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. Any restaurant, massage, excursion, etc, was within walking distance or an Uber/bus ride away. Some friends and I are already making plans to come back, and we will be staying again at this hotel. Property was excellent overall. On our return stay we appreciated staying in an updated executive room on the second floor - better view and layout. Also liked personal touches eg. welcome back note and fruit platter. Maybe some more eco-friendly methods could be put in place eg: glass water bottles, a take as you need toiletries bar in the reception area rather than having multiple toothbrushes, combs etc in your room. Include a clearly labeled bin for recyclables in each room. Comfort and cleanliness was of a very high standard. Very friendly, approachable staff.

We stayed overnight and the rooms were not that clean. We feedback to the staff on the cleanliness issue and when returned later for a 2 night stay, the conditions of the rooms were much better. Overall a good stay. The staff were great and helpful. They quickly made improvements which we appreciated.

The highlight of my stay was the amazing and friendly staff/team who went above and beyond to accomodate every request. They were so welcoming and pleasant every time we came back after a long day of travel. Location was AMAZING- could not be better. Would definitely come back. Price was also great.

Great staff, good location. Do Not book Privare Transfer to Mu Cang Chai. Driver was ill prepared got a flat tire and dis not have a spare. This meant having to pay for a Hotel and mine and his food at MY COST. Due to Typhoon, ended up having to stay 2 nights, only 34 kms from my destination. Also had to pay for a motor taxi at MY COST from Hotel to Mu Cang Chai. I am expecting a reimbursement. Driver is to immature to be employed for Client Service.
