Costa Azul Romantic Vacations

Great service!

Interesting rooms. I did not love the shower much. Still a great option, helpful staff, AC that worked, and great location.

As an agent I’m always on the look out for fantastic places to stay and this was a gem of a find! The hotel was fantastic - comfy beds, clean and well cared for rooms, however the service and staff? PHENOMENAL. Vera and the team made our stay perfect. They went above and beyond, we’re friendly and personable and always made sure guests, all guests not just us, were so very well attended to. The service was above any I’ve ever received. The important parts; Bathrooms were great The pool was small but perfectly formed The cocktails and service were outstanding Easy check in and out Always staff available for helping with taxis and locations And finally the food…it was divine! Thankyou team Hotel Hotel!

Staff was welcoming and let us check in early. They handled our delayed luggage situation and made sure it was retrieved and in our room when it finally arrived. It was a 1 year anniversary for the hotel and they invited us to the rooftop celebration. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. And the location was in the heart of dining shopping and entertainment in Lisbon.

Beautiful well-appointed room. Perfectly clean. Lovely helpful staff that was incredibly responsive to travel challenges. Highly recommend!

Excellent location! Despite being close to the action, noise was not a factor. The AC worked well and wasn’t noisy. We did not partake in the restaurant or bar on premises because there are so many options in walking distance. Booking was easy once we touched down and access was easy by public transport from the airport. Uber to the airport for an early flight was 20 mins and 15 Euros. I would stay here again.

The Staff was awesome, everybody was very friendly and committed to a good service.

An incredible location in the heart of the city showcasing stunning views and sophisticated and historical architecture. This apartment is surrounded by charming streets, incredible eating and shopping destinations, and minutes from multiple tourist destinations. The actual apartment was stunning; both stylish and comfortable. Modern and traditional. Great care and attention to detail with regards to our needs for our family and in how the place was prepared for us upon arrival.
