“Mike and Debs were super friendly and welcoming! The hut is clean and comfortable with phone chargers and heating. There are several properties on the same land including an RV and cottage. There are also 2 neighboring huts sharing the same campfire and bathroom, but it is not cluttered and there was no clashing with neighbors. If you’re from out of town, ask Mike for restaurant recommendations! Their dogs are also so sweet and make the cutest mascots!”

“When I arrived at night I was told that my payment had been rejected (even though I hadn't received any notice of this) and that if I wanted a room I would have to pay $353 (the room rate quoted was 126€) in cash or with another card. Since I didn't want to be extorted I left and had to find another hotel in rural PA to spend the night. As a woman travelling alone this was not a pleasant experience and I believe hotels.com should remove this property from their listings for this unethical...

“This is not a luxury hotel - but this is a great property for getting away from it all with enough room for an extended family! The kitchen is huge and well stocked. Each room has its own window AC and several rooms have their own bathroom. The Dining Room/Sunroom/Living Room layout is great for large groups - we even moved tables around and fit our whole family (20 people) at one long table one night! Don't worry about packing linens and towels (except maybe a beach towel) as that is all taken...
