“The front desk employee was so sweet and accommodating. I really wish I would have got her name. For some odd my reason my card did not process and she knew I was there for a death of a family member. She said your card did not process but we did not want to bother you with your reasoning for being here. I paid my bill in the morning with no issues. She was so unbelievably kind. ”

“Checked into a room that obviously wasn’t clean. No toilet paper and the toilet was dirty if you know what I mean.”
