I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. “Property exceeded my expectation. It was clean and well kept. Staff were very helpful. Property is exactly how it looked in pictures. Located in a quiet alley. Only issues was cars were not able to drive in. The rooftop bar was a nice place to wind down after a busy day. ”
