The ceiling fan was missing and the air con didn't work properly, sounding like a jumbo jet and with broken controls and bits of paper stuck in between to make the vents stable. We slept badly. “Annoying part, arrived there late and I was told need a code to enter. Had to call reservations asking for code. Arrived and then was told to still pay, but everything was paid in full. For a property with such high standard, they can spend some money on proper pillows and bedding. Shower heads and shower needs proper cleaning. Sad to see so much littering by the people, and no one picks it up. Overall, property was really nice, peaceful. Game drive was boring. Spa was amazing. ”
