“Llegamos y oh! sorpresa el elevador no funciona. Somos adultos mayores y ellos lo sabían, ademas de que nuestro cuarto era en el ultimo piso para tener el balcón y la vista. No entiendo porque no nos avisaron con tiempo para cambiar de planes. Lo mas triste es que ni siquiera les importó un comino. Ahi tuvimos que empezar a buscar un hotel para quedarnos, cero interés en tratar de ayudar o al menos hacer alguna recomendación de donde podríamos ir. Nos sentimos perdidos y asustados. “I loved the location. I do wish it was a bit cleaner. Also the all the doors are glass so you can't even go to the bathroom at night without lighting up the bedrooms. The place does not have TV. You have to use the internet if you want to watch sports. Bring your own toilet paper. If you like multiple covers bring them because there are no extra blankets. We would stay there again but we would bring something to cover the doors.”
