"Some of the staff were amazing! The check in lady was so helpful and kind. As was the lady at the main entrance who always helped us super fast. The gentleman that dealt with taxis and cars outside - the main entrance manager was really rude and did not help at all. The concierge also never got back to us on the questions and help we needed.
