“Staff are very nice persons. Whenever I need any travel information, they actively give advice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location (close to China Town) is good and convenient. There are several subway lines nearby. I like this hotel and would like to recommend it to friends. ^_^”

“What a fantastic experience. Oksana and Daniel made our stay at the Pendry very special. They were fantastically welcoming and couldn't of done more to make us feel at home. They gave us games for the boys to play and even a camera to take old style polaroid photos. It is the only place we are staying on our future trips to NYC!”

“Loved the aesthetics, the attention and elegance in every detail. Wonderful team, always present and helpful with a smile. Sophisticated rooms & bathrooms with quality brands essentials. We enjoyed every restaurant and mostly the beautiful terrace and view. The only disadvantage was the larking at 120$ per 24h with 120$ everytime we need the take the car when it’s unlimited access in other luxurious hotels we’ve been. We were lucky though to find free parking right there for 3 days. ”
