"The location of the hotel is great. There are many dining option, stores and a walkable hill where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The room, however, was very basic. The beds and bathroom were clean, but there was no space where to keep some clothes out of the suitcase. Other than, the price was very reasonable and the staff were very friendly, so I do recommend this hotel!!

The WIFI did not reach upstairs and only worked downstairs.
It was windy and raining. The front door rattled when wind blew and triggered the light sensor. It was loud as other guests were getting in and out

"What makes this place so great is the staff. They are kind, patient, helpful and efficient. The condition of the room was very clean. Yes, you can hear others who make a lot of noise but generally no issue. Love the washing machine and the bathroom was spacious. Beds were very comfortable. 15 minutes to airport, 15 minutes to LotteMart and a 25 minute bus ride to the market. Perfect location to take the bus - many route options. Overall, I would come back again for the convenience, value and staff. Thank you. Almost forgot - convenience store is literally two doors down the street."

"Jeju Ollero was amazing! It was the perfect place to stay with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Itโs close to important things (like the airport, restaurants, bus tour pickup spots) without being in a busy or loud area. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, and they made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. Ana greeted us when we arrived, and her English is great! As an American who has struggled with learning the Korean language, that was so helpful for me. There is a walking trail right next to Jeju Ollero that stretches along the coast, so we enjoyed taking advantage of that and getting to some beaches and restaurants without taking a cab or walking along a busy street."
