“Clean, spacious, with everything provided, including detailed instructions for appliances. Far better than a standard short-stay rental. We were in Hagi on the first hot day of the year, and the AC was fast, effective and a lifesaver - in both living and sleeping areas. The location was ideal - walking distance to the core sights and a 5-minute walk to the central welcoming center and an electric bike rental, which was key on a hot day for zipping around the atmospheric streets. "新開張不足半年，我們被告知是開業以來第二位香港人住客，榮幸！設計簡約、乾淨舒適，房間大，我們房間有大玻璃窗可看到長門溫泉河川，最欣賞是旅店員工，他們每個待客都很親切熱誠，入住當日剛下雨，員工看到我們在門外，便跑出來幫我們推行李和遞上雨傘給我們，細心周到，服務絕對比得上5星級旅館，大讚！附近有不少食店和一間很細小的便利店，都比较早关门，可选择酒店内用晚餐，餐厅Pizza和意粉也很美味且价钱相宜，有趣是可直接看著廚師烤Pizza，酒店旁就是有600年歷史的溫泉 恩湯，住客可免費使用，泉水是頂級的柔滑，如要早上浸溫泉，請留意恩湯是早上9時開始，但旅館退房時間是10點，只有1小時享用時間。附近環境寧靜舒適，建議晚上在河川附近散步，夜燈加上河川柳樹景色很美。如像我們般喜歡享受有歷史的優質溫泉，又不希望入住老舊和昂貴的溫泉旅館，這裡絕對是不二之選，秋季再來的話，我們也必再次入住這裡。"
