“We had family flying in from Florida and Nashville for a 3 day stay for a wedding. We had 5 adults and 2 one and half year olds. It was very accommodating. The host was so friendly and we were able to get in early and check out later. We also brought our boat and was able to dock it at the property so we could easily get back and forth to bay pointe. We highly recommend this rental!”

“We rented out both houses for our big family. It was a combination of siblings, grandkids, and grandparents. Everyone had a bed. The houses were super clean. We had so much fun. The houses are both set up like a hotel. You just need to bring food, drinks And beach towels. ”

“Rich and Starr were excellent hosts. The cottage was perfect for 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. Very clean! The communication was excellent before and throughout our stay. “every thing was awesome! my hosts were very nice folks. its the only place I've stayed that truly had EVERYTHING you need. the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots pans, and utensils. Very clean and well kept. Even came with a complimentary yellow lab to play fetch with. great little fishing lake. probably gonna go back this spring.”

“We loved this cottage!!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the view of the lake, we played games and read and just enjoyed the deck so much. It was very quiet and we loved watching the boats on the lake. We also enjoyed our visits from an eagle who flies right over. We would love to visit Nancy again at the cottage she is the best host...”

“We chose to stay here for a weekend to be able to visit Art Prize is Grand Rapids. The location was perfect. The lake was beautiful and the home exceptional. The home was clean and organized. There was plenty of room for our family. Outside was such a great place to hang out and relax. Neighbor was super nice!”

“I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place.”
