"We (3 adults) stayed for two nights while we were vendors for the 1st Annual Lincoln Forest Renaissance Faire. Very cozy, comfortable bed, convenience of restaurants nearby and the host was very kind/helpful. We hope to be back when we can 😊"

"House was perfect for family! Neighbor was very rude as soon as we parked they started complaining about how to park (we were just unloading). "

"Fantastic location! Very clean, very comfortable, well designed space for relaxing. Easy to negotiate steps at entrance, and the living space is all on one level. Great deck, and loved seeing the horses, elk and deer every morning. Enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Nice open layout with lots of sunlight, small bathroom, but perfect for the layout and no cable TV, which didn’t matter to me since movies were available. Very comfortable with a fun bar top space! Very clean!"

"Just a 15-20 min drive outside of ruidoso is a wonderful couple with a beautiful apartment style room. The property is well kept and the room is beautiful and cozy. My wife and I loved our stay. Easy and fast communication with the owners, they’ll do their best to accommodate to your likings and go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction with the stay go smooth.
