“The location was handy. We did Universal, Kennedy Space center and an airboat tour. Check in very smooth. It exceeded our expectations. They truly thought of everything. Very welcoming with extra little touches that made you feel at home. 5 stars is not enough. We give it 10!”

“Lovely, relaxing piece of property. The staff was very nice. Never saw any other guests during our stay so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. There was a mini fridge in the room and a hairdryer in the bathroom. It was very clean and taken care of.”

“The Residence was the perfect setting for a girls trip. All of us were 65 years old and we loved being able to take a walk around Baldwin Park every morning, use the pool, and then go into Winter Park. The house had everything we could possibly want. We loved grilling outside by the pool for dinner. We ate out for lunch every day. Would highly recommend and return to this property. Caitlyn was wonderful to work with.”

“We loved our stay! Rooms were very spacious, great large towels for bath and lots of beach towels, fun Nemo room for the kids and full kitchen and laundry. The pools and splash of were very fun and the pool by lake felt very tropical with beach and poolside service. Patio is full shade.”
