“The unit was clean and comfortable. Great base to adventure from. Rockaway beach is not overrun and the unit is quiet. The Indian food truck beside it is great. The place was as advertised. A small older motel. Like many beach motels it shows wear but it was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive. ”

“Booked this motel for a few days - it has all the essentials including a full kitchen and wasn't complicated to navigate. Great for the price and for being a home base while going out to explore or see the ocean. Accommodated me and my service animal without issue. Bed is in a small room with basically only room for the bed itself, but this wasn't an issue. The bedroom does not have a curtain on the window, just blinds, which allows a lot of light in - would prefer a curtain to facilitate...

“We booked this location for several reasons. 3 of us traveling, we each have pets and they were very accommodating. Because of it's location, beach access was easy as well as food and supplies. We will definitely book with them again. ”

“I was joined by my daughter and granddaughter who is one and a half at this lovely beach. Stay with only a few minute walk directly to the ocean and access to all of the local amenities, stores and restaurants, and a playground and an art festival. The accommodations in the room were excellent, some of the most comfortable Mattresses and pillows, kitchen stocked with all we needed to cook at home, great parking, absolute ease and beautiful views, couldn’t have asked for more!”
