“Easy access to the Riverwalk. I would call my room adequate for me. If you’re wanting a room to chill and unwind and feel cozy, that’s not going to happen. A dog barking a couple rooms away annoyed me for hours. Only two pillows and they were less than adequate. Not a lot of room to move around. No small table. Lighting fair. No issues with the tv. There is WiFi, but I didn’t use it. Bathroom shower area adequate. Probably not for the female travelers. I would definitely think twice before……

“Great old building and prime location. Big comfortable room. Opportunity for improvement: missing build in bedside lamp, partially blocked sink drain, no soap/shower gel.”

“Hotel room was great, everything was brand new. The site is still under construction and not everything was fully opened. I see the vision. Loved what they had so far and enjoyed my stay.”

“This looms lime a really cute place on line, but dont expect much. The bright paint doesn't really cover the need for updates. There were no blankets on the bed or available in the room. The bath was really small and VERY outdated and all the towels in our room had stains on them. The free breakfast isnt available until 8:00. Convenient for them, but not if you need to hit the road early. I would not stay here again.”

“They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near……

“This hotel is so cool and it’s in a great location. There were earl plugs in the room , in case the sea lions were loud and we were lucky, we didn’t have to use them. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very unique. The free champagne was a nice way to start our vacation. The outside saunas are neat and the deck is a great place to relax. Being from Florida , I’m used to air conditioning everywhere, so not having it was scary at first but the weather was perfect during the end of June.”

“We were going to arrive after the office closed for the evening. We called and the young lady at the desk was very helpful. She said she would leave our key under the mat in front of our door. Sure enough it was there when we finally arrived. Parking was excellent and the view from the room was fantastic.”

“It’s a very unique old hotel dating back to 1896. The architecture has not been updated but keeps a funky charm. Reused old wood furniture, old tub with an attached shower. Pub on site. Sauna and garden to relax. A pool table and board games. Fire place in the lounge area. Victoria was awesome. Loved it and would stay there again but not like a modern hotel.”
