"The pools are super nice, and clean, the bedding super comfortable. On the other hand our condo didn't have usb phone chargers as others do, we got an older condo, that is probably why. The way they handle towels it's very inconvenient. But it's still my favorite place to stay in pen̈asco"

"This property is falsely advertised. We had a/c issues since the beginning the temperature was 89 degrees, the sheets in the bedroom were disgusting blood stains and smelled like a sweaty gym. To top it off the bathroom had no faucets so we had to shower down stairs. During our first night there was a power outage which didn’t really make a difference since our a/c wasn’t properly running. We stayed with small children so during the unbearable heat we had to sleep in our vehicles, this was definitely a horrible experience after talking to the management team nothing really was resolved I was told there was no way to get placed in another home because everything was booked. My family and I ended up cutting our trip short we could not stay another night with our children under the circumstances. The property was listed for sale so I believe the owner didn’t really care to keep up with any maintenance as he’s property in a rush to sell this nightmare of a rental. Property management from FMI rentals is incompetent and lacks customer service with the expectation of Josue who was extremely professional during the check out process. "
