“This Villa is so beautiful & kept very clean. You do very much need a car as approximately 40 minute drive to Paphos Harbour & 30 minute drive in the other direction to Polis! The scenery around the Villa is stunning & is also very peaceful apart from being there when the Hunting season started on Sunday 24/08/25! The pool is an amazing size & good depth only thing the family found was the slope in the pool from shallow to deep end was constantly very slippery and the Roman steps into the pool...

“10/10 Great Villa , Great views We found the Villa without issue from the instructions provided it’s at the end of a cul de sac no road noise just the sound of the waves 24/7.The Villa was great it was alarmed with electronic shutters on the windows for extra security when we weren’t in with a safe in 1 of the bedrooms, there’s off street parking for 3 cars.There’s a down stairs bedroom and 2 upstairs all with individual remote controlled A/C units with a further unit downstairs in the lounge...

“We had a wonderful stay at this villa as a couple with four teenagers!Firstly, the communication with the host was exceptionally good. From the booking, and throughout our stay, Marina was the perfect host. She also gave us excellent suggestions for transfers, restaurants and things to do during our holiday.We arrived late at night and there were a few thoughtful items in the fridge to tide us over before we could venture out to the supermarket (5 minutes walk) to stock up on supplies.The villa...

“The villa was exactly as listed, and in great condition, with a welcome pack to cover breakfast waiting for us upon arrival. Lisa and Felix were very helpful hosts, with great communication prior to our holiday and throughout. The air con worked well, and we were in easy reach of the beach and main strip. Lisa also helped out with transfers and further accommodation after our check out, which was really appreciated. Overall, the holiday was wonderful, and definitely one to remember for years to...

“Large, clean villa in an ideal location in Coral Bay. 2 minute walk to the large supermarket and 5 minute walk to the lovely Coral Bay strip. George was a great host who made sure everything was ok for us and the pool was clean. George was also kind enough to let us stay in the villa in on our departure day until tea time as we had a late flight. Highly recommend! ”

“We just returned from a 3-day stay at this incredible villa. It was one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. We were blown away by the view. Every morning started with coffee on the terrace, watching the sea and view, every evening ended with a sunset swim in the private pool. It felt like our own little paradise. The villa itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped. We were a group of five. Two kids and three adults but it can easily accommodate more people....
