La confortevole villa, completamente indipendente, è ubicata a meno di 5 minuti di auto dalle limpide acque e dalle splendide spiagge sabbiose di Casal Velino Marina. Con una superficie di ben 150 mq la villa si sviluppa su due livelli; a piano terra un’ampia zona giorno con cucina attrezzata, una camere da letto matrimoniale e bagno completo con doccia; al primo piano, raggiungibile dalla scala interna, troviamo 2 camere matrimoniali e un secondo bagno con doccia. Esternamente, un confortevole patio arredato coperto ideale per trascorrere momenti di puro relax e pranzare e cenare all’aperto circondati da un bellissimo giardino di 300 mq, dotato di barbecue. La villa dispone di 3 camere da letto matrimoniali, 2 bagni completi, può ospitare comodamente 6 persone.
