“Room is in a good location for skiing that’s probably its one decent attribute. Our entry code didn’t work and property staff saved us by giving us another code after they found me sitting in the hallway very frustrated. Owner didn’t return my call for an hour and a half with just an apology for the inconvenience. No mention of any compensation for our trouble which would have been appreciated. We were there in July and with no air conditioning, 5th floor/west facing room, one small window and……
