"Room wasnt ready until 4 but was lovely and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool. We stayed at club level, which was great. Breakfast was great and good coffee and drink selection for the children. Shame that snacks in the evening are 8-9 becauae surely most people are still in the parks then - we were at least. Like we've found throughout our stay in Florida, toilet paper is terrible here too. Bonus having fast pass and early entry to the parks"

"Great hotel with very comfortable rooms and the added bonus of unlimited express passes. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the Universal parks are less than 10 mins walk away. "

"One day delay Frontier cancelled a flight had to cram everything in 2.5 days already had attractions car booked caused me extra money out of pocket Will be call Expedia for some sort of compensation"

"Hotel staff was extremely helpful and our room was perfect! So quiet and clean. I loved the extra blanket in the closet because my room temperature is different from my husband idea room temperature. The breakfast was the absolute BEST BREAKFAST we have ever had hands down!! We also rode the shuttle to and from Universal Studios which made our trip a breeze! Thank you Hampton Inn for making our stay PERFECT! "
