“Everything felt new and clean. Front staffing arrival was very pleasant and helpful. The free breakfast was lacking and parking was a premium at night.”

“The building was old and run down. The lobby was under construction so we had to check in from a room in the back entrance. The room/lobby was also where the breakfast was set up which seemed a bit unsanitary. The pictures on the listing were definitely not the property where we stayed. I was very dissatisfied with this stay.”

“Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was huge, and enough space for our group of four adults and 2 young children with lots of energy. The only cons were the pool was out of service and this being the kid’s first hotel experience, the pool was a major reason that we stayed here…it was very hard to explain to two young, excited children that the pool they had sat patiently in a car for 6 hours for was closed. ( we found out after they got swimsuited up and rode the elevator……

“Of course you have to understand that this is an older hotel so therefore it’s a little dated. However it was clean, the breakfast was very good and the beds were very comfortable. Which is important to us. This is our first stay at a Red Roof Inn and I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. The room has a very nice size refrigerator and a microwave. I don’t think you would be disappointed at all. Especially since it’s less expensive than all the nearby hotels. I feel certain we will stay……

“From the moment I entered the room, there were several issues that should never occur at any hotel, especially one carrying the Hilton name. The bath towels provided in the room had visible stains on them, and the entire room had a strong odor that smelled like old, damp clothes. After an extremely long day of travel, I seriously considered leaving and finding another hotel. However, because I was exhausted, I decided to make the best of the situation.
