“This is a motel not a hotel, that was hard to tell from the pics. It was fine for a night. It smelled like stale cigarettes, like the kind that is in the walls/paint and no matter how much you clean it just lingers. It was not the cleanest either. We had to use the sofa bed for our youngest and it had crumbs and hair under the cushions- bed was clean inside though and we had fresh linen for it. Walls and floors seemed surface clean. Fridge was dirty and smudged with handprints. A small……

“NOT the standard expected from a Best Western. Everything was in desperate need of a deep clean. The toilet paper holder fell out of the hole in the wall, the bathroom faucet wasnt secured to the sink, and the bathtub drain had to be propped open in order for the tub to drain. Breakfast was cereal and some weird “yogurt” like substance, definitely not anything ive seen before or wanted to ingest. There were 2 separate rooms that were unoccupied, the doors were left completely open all night……

“Our room was not clean smelling and carpet stained cigarette burns on bedspread. Next to laundry room was woke up at 5:00 am banging doors assuming it was dryers or kitchen cupboards from breakfast. They moved us to other side of laundry and that room smelled like pee. So we went back to the first not good room”

“Simply listing facts: The lobby was surprisingly nice. Both evening staff and morning staff were semi-asleep at the desk. Both were respectful. The room (117) door weatherstripping was mostly missing. Allowing air & outside noise easily thru. Huge stain on the chair. Bathroom door would not latch. The tub/shower was wornout. Looks like it may have been painted previously. Ample supply of tp! Walls did not stop hearing the man snoring in the adjacent room. Ceiling did not stop hearing footsteps……

“We enjoyed our stay. Great, quiet location that is conveniently located near a ton of food and shopping options. I booked based on the reviews and high rating. The room was clean. We had a small issue with bedding that was quickly resolved. The furniture looked brand new. No issues with parking. I’d definitely stay here again. ”

“The room was immaculately clean. Everything in it was new. I was happy with the price for what I needed which was simply a nice clean bed in a clean inn for a few hours of sleep during a road trip. It was just a short drive from Huntsville which I wanted to checkout the next day. I grabbed a latte from the Mallard coffee place down the street. The staff was very friendly also!”

“Very nice and clean hotel with large rooms. Staff was nice but had to wait for 10 minutes or so before someone arrived at front desk to check us in. The TV would only show the Marriott channel and we could not get it to change. Called the front desk and they said they would come up to fix it but nobody ever came. The water pressure in the shower is almost non-existent. The pool was very clean but very cold. Seems like a newer hotel that is still working out the kinks. Location was nice as we……
