I liked the size of the suites and its cleanliness; we are a family of four and we were not all over one another, and the room was clean. There were, however, several issues I encountered: 1. I was supposed to have access to check in at 4 p.m.; however, the room was in "pending" status and we did not enter the room until after 8 p.m. Check-in had to be done through Showboat front desk; however, they were unable to do anything and I was instructed to call Cozy suites directly. Upon doing so, I was transferred, put on hold, dropped from calls, and informed that there was nobody available for the Atlantic City suites (all this before finally reaching someone who removed the pending status from the reservation I had made, paid, and confirmed over one week prior to my arrival). Once I was in the room, I asked if some type of compensation could be made (If I stayed four hours past my check-out time, I would have to pay, correct?); I was informed this would have to be approved by a manager and a request was put in; the only thing I got was an email apologizing for having to wait; that's all. 2. If you need soap, shampoo, etc, you have to call Cozy suites; they do not have a front desk. 3. The advertisement is misleading; see the water park listed under amenities ? this is at an extra price 70 dollars per person (I don't think this is stated in large, or small print). 4. The beds are extremely, extremely uncomfortable ;we decide to leave one day early.
