Large studio with full kitchen, private entrance, large ceilings and windows, allowing for natural light, 58" smart tv with Roku access including pluto, netflix, disney plus and more. Studio is a 2nd floor apartment, fully furnished with a king bed, full kitchen and full bathroom with step in shower and adjustable shower head. Large parking lot for boat or r/v parking. Housekeeping in provided upon check out only, however daily housekeeping service can be arranged by request. A/C removed last week of September and reinstalled mid May.
