“The property was just as advertised. Very nice studio apartment. It does not have a full kitchen, but there is a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave and this worked just fine for me. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. Check-in communication was great. The neighborhood was quiet and there is easy freeway access. Overall, a very nice stay.”

“The place is a gem. It is pristine, bright and inviting. It has two nice bedrooms with lovely linens and a very large bathroom in between the two bedrooms.. The pool is right outside the door and has a lovely patio. The pictures really don’t do it justice - it is way nicer. You absolutely will enjoy your stay. We are from NYC and pretty fussy about where we sleep and this was beautiful!”

“The unit was comfortable for two people and nicely decorated. The owners were very nice and helpful, I was somewhat uncomfortable with the direct asset door from their home into the unit with no way to lock it while we were in the unit. This was never a issue as we rarely saw the owners.”

“This is an awesome little casita, well appointed in a nice welcoming community. Communication with host was great. I am less than happy with the extra (hidden?) fees charged to my credit card individually following my rental charge. Just put it all in one invoice so I know what I am paying in total and I can make an informed decision.”
